This very popular event on the calender of the Branch's activities has now become an annual event. A panel of experts discuss members question's on research, methodolgy, the tracing of sources and lessons learnt during research. This has become an almost invaluable source of information for the newcomer and experienced researcher alike.

This event is now also part and parcel of the culture of the Northern Transvaal Branch's annual calender. We provide a few of our members the opportunity to relate their experiences while doing their research - including unexpected findings and "twists to the tail."  The highlight of this meeting is our annual competition. This year our members will compete in three categories. The first category is the ever popular scrap book competition.
