To insert a picture, edit a page (how to...). Note the toolbar with buttons below the Body field:

Click on the Insert Picture button, highligted above. The following dialog box will appear:

Click on the browse button (highlighted above) to display a list of available images:

The Initial Web Site Feedback topic is an example of how not to use a forum ;-) Many of the discussion topics would have been better off as topics in their own right, making it easier for others to find related discussion threads. But hey Lucas, its all we had when we started ;-)
